The Â鶹´«Ã½ University Board of Trustees will hold a retreat and special meeting at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, and at 8 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at 24 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio.

The board will adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel matters involving the employment of a public employee, to discuss trade secret information required by law to be kept confidential, and to consider real estate matters, including the sale or disposition of real property. Almost the entirety of the retreat and special meeting will be in executive session. There will be a public session at the conclusion of the meeting, at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, so that the board may act on any matters, if needed.
